DUBAKH Sports Private Limited, formerly known as Tyllilang Basketball Academy, has been nurturing young talent in Shillong since 2017. Our journey began in collaboration with Pearly Dew Higher Secondary School, aiming to provide a structured basketball program. Over the past seven years, we have dedicated ourselves to teaching not just basketball skills but also imparting the core values necessary for mental and physical development.
Our mission is to empower youth through sports, offering them opportunities to grow and excel both on and off the court. We believe in nurturing talent, fostering resilience, and building character, preparing our athletes for all of life’s challenges.
Born and raised in Shillong, Coach Dulon’s journey in basketball is a story of perseverance, passion, and purpose. From representing Meghalaya in multiple national championships to chasing his dreams across colleges in South India, his path was marked by determination despite setbacks. After years of striving to break into the professional circuit and facing financial challenges, Dulon rediscovered his calling—not just as a player, but as a mentor. Earning a prestigious All India Rank 2 in the FIBA WABC Level 1 Coaching Certification, he returned home with a renewed vision: to build a basketball culture from the grassroots. He founded DUBAKH SPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED to empower the youth of Northeast India with world-class coaching, discipline, and opportunity. Today, his unwavering commitment has transformed DUBAKH into a symbol of hope, excellence, and community development through sport.
